At Broward Health Medical Center our workplace culture of diversity and inclusion is top driven. Hiring and caring for a diverse population is a priority. I cannot think of an organization where diversity could be more relevant than healthcare. As a hospital a diverse team translates to better understanding and superior patient care. It makes sense and is good for business.
