Alana Costello (she/her pronouns) is a member of the Steering Committee for dbPride, Deutsche Bank’s LGBTQ+ focused employee resource group.
Currently, she manages a global team that facilitates the Bank’s network IT Change Management, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, and Vendor Governance. She has always been an ally for her LGBTQ+ friends and family, but when her adult child discovered they were Trans non-binary, she was inspired to become a more active advocate for explicit equal rights and to help teach acceptance. She is proud of the bank’s strong track record of inclusivity and is happy to be a part of the group and continue the advocacy.
