Cathy Aull
Regional Diversity Inclusion Leader
Cathy Aull is an Edward Jones Financial Advisor and Regional Diverse Inclusion Leader. As a financial advisor she listens to understand what is important to her clients and uses an established process to build personalized strategies to help them achieve their goals. She then partners with them throughout their lives to help keep them on track. In her role as Diverse Inclusion Leader, Cathy works to recruit, retain, and support diverse financial advisors. Additionally, she provides insights and guidance on diversity concepts and strategies to the region and its leadership team. During her time at Edward Jones Cathy has served as a Mentor, Legacy Host, Secondary Recruiting Leader, member of several planning teams, and presented at regional and area meetings. Prior to joining Edward Jones, she served as an advisor, director, and executive director in higher education; where she specialized in reviving languishing programs and divisions. Cathy has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, a master’s degree from Millersville University, and a doctor of philosophy from Auburn University. Cathy and her partner, Dawn, each have two children and are active members of the community; attending many charitable events annually. Furthermore, Cathy served as a national advisory board member for Out & Equal and is currently a member of their Orlando affiliate’s board. She has also served as a member of her local Equality Florida Gala planning committee. Along with her LGBT community activity, Cathy is Board President of Alachua Habitat for Humanity and serves on the board of the Gainesville Woman’s Club. She is also a proud member of the Gainesville Women’s Forum and the Gainesville Rotary Club.
