Lane leads the HR team while nurturing the culture of commitment, teamwork, and service.

 

Lane is a results-driven, Human Resources Executive with demonstrated success in applying business acumen to develop HR strategies in support of organizational growth, and is known for delivering process improvement, efficient execution and bottom- line impact.

 

Prior to the Florida Panthers, Lane led the Human Resources function for Comcast-Spectacor, providing all Human Resources services including, organizational design, recruitment, retention and employee engagement, policy development, compliance, employee relations, change management, compensation and benefits administration, and diversity and inclusion strategies and implementation.

 

Lane is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of The Society for Human Resource Management. Lane is a graduate of The University of Colorado.
