Julie has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, spending the majority of her career at Deloitte. She has served public and private companies in a variety of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, transportation and financial services. Julie has substantial experience with SEC registrants having played integral roles in numerous public equity and debt offerings as well as going private transactions and SEC pre-clearances.

 

In addition to her client service role, Julie was a Global Audit Coach for Deloitte’s Greece and Norway member firms where she worked with firm leadership and engagement teams to help them understand PCAOB expectations and coach them through an inspection if selected. She has been named honored as a Jacksonville Business Journal as a Top 40 under 40, and a 2016 Woman of Influence, and received the UNF STAR 'Pay It Forward' Award in 2016. Her community involvement includes the UNF Business Advisory Council, Rotary, United Way of Northeast Florida (campaign cabinet member 2014), Jax Chamber of Commerce. She received her BA from University of West Florida and her MBA from UNF.
