Renee Cady is Vice President, Human Resources Operations for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, she has responsibility for improving and optimizing how the HR function operates globally, leveraging e3 and industry best practices, and directing the HR systems/technology, people analytics and HR excellence teams. Renee also serves as the executive sponsor for the L3Harris PRIDE Employee Resource Group (ERG). She reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer of L3Harris Technologies.
Cady joined the organization in Jan. 2020, assuming the role of Vice President, Human Resources for the Aviation Systems business segment, serving in that capacity for two years. In that role, she provided strategic direction for the segment across all activities associated with the function, as well as supporting enterprise portfolio shaping activities focused within that segment.
Prior to joining L3Harris, Cady held Human Resources roles at United Technologies Corporation within its Carrier, United Technologies Aerospace Systems and Pratt & Whitney business units. Her responsibilities during her tenure at UTC included functional leadership for total rewards, employee & labor relations and talent, as well as business partnering, M&A and operating model transformation.
Cady has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, investment & banking and management & human resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters of Business Administration in international business and human resources management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
