Marcos Rojas is Jacksonville’s dbPride Chair (Deutsche Bank’s LGBTQ+ focused employee resource group.) Marcos is a Computer Engineer, which he obtained at Florida International University in Miami, FL. Marcos is currently the Head of Americas Access Channels and Client Care support for Corporate Bank, where he is responsible for the support of 40 critical applications connecting clients with the Bank. He manages co-located teams in both New York and Jacksonville where he is based. As an openly gay employee Marcos organizes multiple educative programs for LGBTQ+ and Ally employees. He advocates for the inclusive policies regionally as well as growing and advancing the LGBT+ talent into Deutsche Bank.
