Regional Community Banking Manager

Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are composed of associates who join together based on shared characteristics or life experiences. They are voluntary, associate-led groups that serve as a resource for members by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.  They are a natural extension to the Seacoast mission, vision, values, and our Four Promises.

While each ARG is unique, they all provide support, career development, networking opportunities, mentoring and - true to our fourth promise - community participation. Our ultimate goal is to encourage diversity in the workplace. Seacoast's ARGs also incorporate leadership to ensure positive ideas and changes are brought to the forefront of planning to encourage individualism and educate about what makes each of us unique rather than shying away from our differences.

Originally from Long Island, NY Russell moved to Florida to attend college and never left, making Central Florida his my new home. He has worked at such places as Walt Disney World and Bank of America, but has spent the majority of his career working for Seacoast Bank as the Regional Community Banking Manager in Central Florida. His role has allowed him to connect with a wide variety of associates who come from many diverse backgrounds and places.

 

During his 13 years with Seacoast Bank he has worked in management, sales, and service, all areas in which he mentored and developed top performing talent within the organization who consistently achieved high performance goals and customer service expectations. 


His passion lies in connecting with community groups and fostering an inclusive work environment for all associates. He enjoys sharing best practices at work, including the great things he and his team do at Seacoast Bank.
