Strategic Property Partners, LLC (SPP)
SPP makes efforts in earnest to provide and promote a diverse and inclusive environment for all of its staff. Our mission in the development of Water Street Tampa is to create a vibrant neighborhood for Tampa, and we believe that is only possible through representation on all levels. We have grown our internal workforce with an awareness that commercial real estate as an industry known for its lack of diversity. We openly acknowledge that being a woman, minority, or member of the LGBT community has historically been a barrier for entry and promotion in our field. SPP intentionally departs from these dated traditions to build an inclusive workplace that celebrates and champions differences.
