With over 20 years in banking, Andre Khan Senior Diversity & Inclusion Relationship Manager responsible for working directly with members of the Management Committee, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders as a strategic consultative partner to develop, maintain, and expand our D & I strategy deliverables. Since joining TD Bank in 2008, Andre has held various roles within Retail Store Operations, such as Operational Risk Manager, Senior Retail Operations Officer, and Retail Operations Officer. His most recent role was AML Program Director where he lead a team that was responsible for providing AML compliance advice to all Commercial businesses including Regional Commercial Banking, Corporate & Specialty Banking, Commercial & Payment Operations, TD Auto Finance, and Global Trade Finance. Andre has been very involved with TD's Diversity & Inclusion Office. He provided executive support and lead efforts in coordinating the Diversity Leadership Team (DLT) activities, nationally co-chaired the African American & Caribbean Leadership Business Resource Group and served on the bank-wide Minorities in Leadership subcommittee. Andre is a 2010 WOW CEO Leadership Award Winner. This annual award is awarded to TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank top performers. One of Andre's proudest achievements, also in 2010, is being honored with TD's Vision in Action award. This is the highest recognition at TD, and is presented to just 1 in 80 employees globally. Andre is a proud graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He resides in South Florida with his daughter and loves to travel the world in his spare time.
