Charles specializes in acute care, addiction medicine, schizophrenia,bipolar and mood disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, child, adolescent, and adult ADHD, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders and as part of the LGBTQ community himself he and his husband collaborate to assist abandoned LGBTQ youth community in Jacksonville and beyond . Additionally, he is waiver certified to prescribe buprenorphine for opioid dependence and is an expert in this field.
