Having been involved with Equality Florida for over three years, Dino boldly stands behind the LGBTQ community. He takes pride in his devotion to servant leadership, both in his personal life and in his profession. His affection for people along with his son coming out has fueled his fire to take a stand. He believes equality has not been fully recognized, and it's critically important to him to do what he can to help promote it. Dino knows discrimination is a problem; his passion revolves around bringing awareness and understanding to the LGBTQ community's concerns. Through a partnership with Equality Florida, Dino has recently met with a senator to facilitate the understanding and importance of a human rights ordinance for the State of Florida.
