Tony Tella currently serves as a talent acquisition partner at Ultimate Software, a global provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, headquartered in Weston, Florida. Tony has more than 30 years of experience in the HCM industry, including over 13 years at Ultimate. He currently serves as chair of Ultimate’s PRIDEUS, a companywide Community of Interest group serving LGBTQIA individuals. In addition to his roles at Ultimate, Tony remains active in the local community, frequently volunteering and serving as a liaison for Ultimate with several nonprofit organizations, such as Arc Broward, Covenant House, Feeding South Florida, the Poverello Center, and the United Way. Tony also serves as president of his HOA and, in his free time, the native Floridian loves to spend time outdoors, enjoy the beach, travel, and explore new cultures, countries, and food.
