Bryan Long (he/him) leads a team of professionals that creates and executes programs providing diverse communities full access to the resources of Wells Fargo leading to a more inclusive economy for diverse consumers and businesses nationally. His team contributes innovative strategies informed by industry insights and customer/employee feedback, leads storytelling efforts, and manages risk functions. A 27-year Wells Fargo veteran, Bryan began with the bank as a teller.

As an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, he mentors a diverse group of employees and considers himself a lifelong learner. He serves as co-chair of the Wells Fargo Central Florida Pride Connection Employee Resource Network.

He regularly engages his colleagues in volunteer efforts and personally volunteers his time with nonprofit organizations serving on the board of directors of New Jersey Community Capital, Washington DECA, and is proud to serve on Equality Florida’s Equality Means Business Advisory Council.
