Bryan Long (he/his) leads a team of professionals that creates and executes programs to grow, deepen, and create greater financial equity for consumer and small business diverse customers at Wells Fargo. His team contributes innovative strategies and leads research, insights, customer feedback, storytelling, and risk management practices bringing programs to life in a way that is measured, compliant, and effective. A 24-year Wells Fargo veteran, Bryan began with the bank as a teller.

As an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, he mentors a diverse group of employees and considers himself a lifelong learner. He serves as an executive advisor within the Wells Fargo Pride Employee Resource Network.

He regularly engages his colleagues in volunteer efforts and personally volunteers his time with nonprofit organizations serving on the board of directors of New Jersey Community Capital, Washington DECA, and is proud to serve on Equality Florida’s Equality Means Business Advisory Council.
